CCBPA (Canadian Chinese Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Association), established in 2003, is a non-profit and non-political organization.

Major activities of the association include information exchange, networking gathering, job seminar and posting, scientific and business meetings, professional training both in Canada and China, Newsletter publication, hosting meetings with various government, commercial and academic groups from China and consultation services.

加中生物医药科技发展协会成立于加拿大多伦多市，为非政治性，非赢利性专业团体。自2003年七月六日在多伦多市议会大厦举行新闻发布会，宣告协会成立以来，会员人数逐年上升。加中生物医药科技发展协会由活跃在生物医药研究开发，生产管理领域的杰出华人人士组成，协会会员大都具有硕士、博士的学位，在生物医药领域具有丰富的一手经验和较高的造诣。他们分别在大学，研究机构，公司企业从事研究开发或经营管理工作。在许多加拿大生物医药企业中起着重要支柱作用。会员对中国医药行业更快地走向国际市场，赶超世界先进水平，促进加中生物医药领域合作有着浓厚的兴趣。

2)   to facilitate career advancement of our members.

3)   to promote collaboration and cooperation of biomedical and pharmaceutical communities between Canada and China.
